Consultation
We offer all clients a free 30 minute phone consultation to talk through your vision and craft a high level estimate.
If you’d like to move forward with a more in-depth consultation, we will meet with you in person (on site) to get a better understanding of your needs and desires for your outdoor living space and will follow up with either a design proposal or a detailed estimate. If you do not decide to move forward with a design or installation, we are happy to provide a detailed write up of our recommendations to this point, and/or schedule additional consultation hours. For the DIYers looking for support, we are happy to help you plan and provide professional guidance throughout your renovation, procuring materials and plants as needed.
Site Planning/Analysis
We provide detailed site analyses to assess various elements within your landscape such as sun exposure, drainage, soil type, and evaluation of existing vegetation.
In lieu of an official survey, we take detailed site measurements to draw your basemap from which we design…this saves on cost and helps us get to know your property. (This is sufficient for most projects, however an official survey may still be necessary.) All of these elements inform the overall design, location of landscape elements, and types of plants that will be best suited for your space. While necessary for the design/build process, this in depth analysis can also be a valuable standalone resource for anyone looking for broad recommendations but may not be ready to embark on our full scope of services.
Custom Design
Depending on the needs of your project, we will draw up a conceptual draft based on the consultation and site analysis.
We will review the initial hand drawn concept together and collaborate with you to make sure we capture your vision. Next we will present a refined draft CAD plan for your review and input. At this stage, we will get into the nitty gritty details of your desired landscape materials (stone, boulders, wood, metal, etc.) and discuss plants (trees, shrubs, perennials, grasses, and fruit and veggies). The final product includes at minimum a hardscape plan and planting plan that can be used as a fully comprehensive road map to creating your dream landscape.
Build/Installation
Once the final design is approved, we can provide an accurate cost estimate for your project. Together, we can outline priorities and phasing as necessary to meet your budget.
As a landscape contractor, our crew and trusted sub-contractors prioritize exceptional attention to detail and quality, and take pride in a clean job site. We will maintain very close communication with you throughout the process to ensure the project is meeting every expectation, and clearly communicate any changes that may arise. Once the installation is complete, we will schedule a thorough walkthrough to make sure you feel confident caring for your space once our team is finished. We guarantee all of our plants for one year from planting, and you can expect to hear from us one month post-build to check in on the status of your new landscape. We are always available for any questions or concerns that arise post-build.

To ensure a thriving and lasting landscape, we offer holistic organic maintenance services including, weeding, pruning, mulching, irrigation troubleshooting, and the application of organic fertilizers.
Scheduling is flexible to meet your property’s unique needs. We also want to empower you to have the tools you need to steward your own landscape and will provide consulting and support to do so. We are happy to provide a custom care plan that fits your needs and custom project.
